Legal Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Friendly Ventures, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of Buttr Social (the "App" or "Service"). By creating an account or using Buttr Social, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Important: These Terms contain a binding arbitration clause and class action waiver that affects your legal rights. Please read them carefully.
SECTION 10 OF THESE TERMS CONTAINS PROVISIONS THAT GOVERN HOW DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND US ARE RESOLVED. IN PARTICULAR, THE ARBITRATION AGREEMENT IN THAT SECTION WILL, WITH LIMITED EXCEPTIONS, REQUIRE DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND US TO BE SUBMITTED TO BINDING AND FINAL ARBITRATION, UNLESS YOU OPT OUT. YOU AND WE WILL ONLY BE PERMITTED TO PURSUE CLAIMS ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS, AND NOT IN ANY CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

Our Mission: Creating safe, authentic spaces where gay men can connect meaningfully, whether for romance, friendship, business, or community involvement.
Community Values: Respect, authenticity, safety, and genuine connection are at the heart of everything we do.
Who Can Use Buttr Social
Age Requirement
You must be 18 years or older to use Buttr Social
BY ACCEPTING THESE TERMS AND CREATING AN ACCOUNT, YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT:
- You are currently 18 years of age or older
- You are capable of lawfully entering into this agreement
- You are not located in a country subject to U.S. government embargo
- You are not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited parties
Zero tolerance policy: Any user found to be under 18 will be immediately and permanently banned
No appeals: Underage bans are permanent and cannot be appealed
False age reporting: Providing false age information is grounds for immediate termination
Geographic Availability
- Service available to users in the United States
- You must be located within our service area to create an account
- Travel mode available for users visiting other areas within our service region
Account Requirements
- One account per person - multiple accounts are prohibited
- Real identity required - fake profiles will be removed
- Active phone number - required for verification and account security
- Community guidelines compliance - all users must follow our community standards
CRITICAL SAFETY WARNINGS
No Background Checks or Identity Verification
BUTTR SOCIAL DOES NOT CONDUCT CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS, SEX OFFENDER SEARCHES, OR OTHER IDENTITY VERIFICATION OF USERS. BUTTR SOCIAL MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES AS TO THE CONDUCT, IDENTITY, INTENTIONS, LEGITIMACY, OR VERACITY OF ANY USERS.
You are solely responsible for:
- Your interactions with other users (on or off the platform)
- Verifying the identity of users you meet
- Your personal safety when meeting users in person
- Any consequences of your interactions with other users
Location Data Privacy Warning
IMPORTANT LOCATION DISCLAIMER: SOPHISTICATED USERS MAY BE ABLE TO DETERMINE YOUR EXACT LOCATION using distance information from the app, especially if they change their location while you remain stationary. This could potentially lead to identification of your specific location.
Distance Triangulation Risk:
Users with technical sophistication may determine your approximate or exact location by:
- Viewing distance readings from multiple locations
- Using triangulation techniques if you remain stationary
- Cross-referencing with other location data
Consider this risk when using location-based features in sensitive environments, including:
- Your home or workplace
- Areas where LGBTQ+ individuals face safety risks
- Locations where disclosure of sexual orientation could cause harm
Location Safety Guidelines:
- The service is for personal use only, not emergency location services
- Do not use while driving or operating vehicles
- Not suitable for hazardous environments requiring fail-safe performance
- Consider location privacy when using the app
Content and User Responsibility
You may encounter content that some might find objectionable. We make no representations about user-generated content and are not responsible for:
- Content posted by other users
- Accuracy of information provided by users
- Health status, physical condition, or other claims made by users
- Legal consequences of app usage in jurisdictions that may restrict LGBTQ+ activities
Account Registration and Security
Creating Your Account
- Phone verification: Provide a valid US phone number for SMS verification
- Age confirmation: Confirm you are 18 years or older
- Location selection: Confirm your location within the United States
- Profile creation: Complete your basic profile information
Account Security
- Password protection: You're responsible for maintaining password security
- Account access: Don't share your login credentials with others
- Suspicious activity: Report any unauthorized account access immediately
- Account recovery: Use only official Buttr Social recovery methods
- Security breaches: Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized use
Data Storage and Backup
BUTTR SOCIAL HAS NO OBLIGATION TO RETAIN YOUR ACCOUNT DATA. You are solely responsible for backing up your data, including:
- Contact information of users you meet
- Important conversations or content
- Business connections or professional information
- Event information or scheduling details
Community Guidelines and Acceptable Use
Respectful Behavior
- Treat others with respect - harassment, bullying, or discrimination is prohibited
- Consent matters - respect others' boundaries and preferences
- No hate speech - content promoting hatred based on identity is not allowed
- Authentic profiles - use real photos and accurate information
Prohibited Content and Behavior
Content Violations:
- Nudity or sexually explicit content in public profiles
- Violent, threatening, or illegal content
- Spam, promotional content, or unauthorized solicitation
- Content promoting self-harm or dangerous activities
- Copyrighted material without permission
- Content depicting minors in any context
- Obscene, offensive, or discriminatory materials
Behavioral Violations:
- Harassment, stalking, or threatening other users
- Sharing private conversations or photos without consent
- Creating fake profiles or impersonating others
- Attempting to solicit money, goods, or services without proper business profile
- Using the platform for illegal activities
- Collecting or storing personal information about other users
- Violating others' privacy or intellectual property rights
AI and Technology Restrictions:
YOU WILL NOT use Buttr Social, user content, or service data to:
- Train, develop, or improve artificial intelligence systems
- Create machine learning models or algorithms
- Anonymize or aggregate data for AI development purposes
- Develop competing products or services
- Create automated tools or bots to interact with the service
Business and Professional Use
- Business profiles allowed with proper disclosure and anti-solicitation agreement
- No unsolicited business messaging - business promotion through profiles only
- Professional networking encouraged within community guidelines
- Event promotion permitted with external registration links required
- Anti-solicitation agreement required - must agree not to spam users with business communications
Business Account Requirements:
Business accounts are permitted subject to the following conditions:
- Must agree to separate Business Anti-Solicitation Agreement
- Limited to profile-based promotion only - no unsolicited direct messaging
- Must clearly identify as business account in profile
- Subject to additional verification requirements
- Violation results in immediate account termination without refund
- Must comply with all applicable advertising and consumer protection laws
Your Content and Privacy
Content Ownership and Licensing
You retain ownership of all content you post to Buttr Social
License to Buttr Social:
By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to:
- Use, copy, modify, and display your content as necessary to operate the service
- Create derivative works for service functionality and improvements
- Distribute your content to other users as intended by the service
- Use your content to develop, train, and improve our algorithms and features
- Include your content in marketing materials (with your consent)
This license continues until you delete your content or terminate your account.
Content Moderation Rights
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO:
- Monitor user content and communications for safety and compliance
- Remove any content that violates these Terms or Community Guidelines
- Terminate accounts for content violations
- Report illegal content to appropriate authorities
- Use automated systems to detect prohibited content
Private Albums and Photo Sharing
Private Photo Albums:
- Photos in private albums remain private until YOU actively choose to share individual photos
- No automatic unlocking or bulk sharing - each photo must be individually selected
- Manual sharing only - you must actively choose to send private photos in conversations
- Individual photo sharing - private albums never unlock in bulk or automatically
- Recipient responsibility - recipients may save, screenshot, or otherwise copy shared content
- No access requests - other users cannot request access to your private albums
- Deleted photos may remain in recipients' conversations - you cannot control their devices
- Screen recording possible - assume any shared photo may be captured by recipient
IMPORTANT: Once you share a private photo with another user, you lose control over that image. Recipients can save, screenshot, share, or distribute photos you send them. Only share content you are comfortable with others potentially redistributing.
Messages and Communication
- Private conversations - direct messages are between you and the recipient
- Content moderation - we may review reported messages for safety
- Data retention - message storage periods detailed in Privacy Policy
- Voice messages - same privacy protections as text messages
- Real-time features - some features may require real-time data processing
Account Data Retention:
Upon account deletion or termination:
- Profile data removed from public view within 30 days
- Your messages deleted from other users' conversations within 30 days
- Some data retained as required by law, including:
- Records required for fraud prevention (up to 7 years)
- CSAM reports and related evidence (indefinitely)
- Data subject to legal holds or investigations
- Anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely for service improvement
- Backup copies may persist for up to 90 days in secure backup systems
Premium Features and Payments
Membership Tiers
Free Account:
Access to core platform features with usage limits that may include restrictions on:
- Daily profile views (limits vary by market maturity)
- Saved profiles
- Hide and unlock actions
- Other features as determined by Buttr Social
Usage limits in free accounts are subject to change and may vary based on market conditions, user density, and platform development. Current limits are displayed in the app.
Monthly Membership:
$9.99/month - Premium access with benefits that may include:
- Unlimited or enhanced usage limits on profile views, saves, hides, and unlocks
- Advanced features such as "Viewed You" and read receipts
- Priority customer support
- Ad-free experience
- Exclusive member benefits and discounts
- Early access to new features
Specific features and benefits are subject to change and are displayed in the app at the time of purchase.
Quarterly Membership:
$27.99/3 months - Premium access with all benefits of Monthly Membership
Annual Membership:
$99.99/year - Premium access with all benefits of Monthly Membership
Lifetime Membership:
Limited availability with tiered pricing based on membership number:
- First 10,000 members: $95.00 one-time payment
Lifetime membership provides permanent premium access with all benefits of Monthly Membership, with no recurring charges.
Market Development Approach:
Buttr Social activates premium subscription requirements on a market-by-market basis based on user density. In developing markets (under 150 daily active users), free tier profile view limits may not apply to encourage community growth. As markets mature (150+ daily active users), standard free tier limitations apply. This approach ensures healthy community development while maintaining sustainable business operations.
Automatic Renewal and Payment Terms
AUTOMATIC RENEWAL WARNING: PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTIONS (MONTHLY, QUARTERLY, AND ANNUAL) AUTOMATICALLY RENEW CONTINUOUSLY AT THE END OF YOUR SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD. YOUR PAYMENT METHOD WILL BE CHARGED THE THEN-CURRENT RENEWAL PRICE AUTOMATICALLY, WITHOUT ANY ADDITIONAL ACTION BY YOU, UNLESS YOU CANCEL AT LEAST 24 HOURS PRIOR TO RENEWAL.
Lifetime memberships do not renew and require only a single payment.
Payment Processing:
- All payments processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- Pricing may vary by region and promotional offers
- We may test new features and payment options
- Subscription management handled through your app store account
Third-Party Payment Processing:
Subscription management and payment processing are handled through RevenueCat and Apple/Google's payment systems. By subscribing, you agree to:
- RevenueCat's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
- Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (for iOS users)
- Google Play Terms of Service (for Android users)
- The third-party payment processor's ability to store your payment information
- Automatic receipt validation and subscription status synchronization
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancel anytime through your App Store or Google Play account settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- All previously paid amounts are non-refundable except as required by law
- Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription
- Lifetime memberships cannot be cancelled as they are one-time purchases
Refund Policy:
- Generally no refunds except as required by applicable law
- App Store and Google Play handle refund requests according to their policies
- Special refund rights may apply in certain jurisdictions
- Lifetime membership refunds handled on case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase
Trial Periods
- Free trials may be available for Premium features
- Credit card information may be required for trial registration
- Trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled
- Only new users eligible for trial periods
- Trial cancellation must occur before trial period ends
Premium Benefits
Premium memberships (Monthly, Quarterly, Annual, and Lifetime) provide enhanced access to Buttr Social features. Benefits may include but are not limited to:
- Unlimited or significantly increased usage limits
- Advanced discovery and matching features
- Enhanced messaging and notification features
- Priority customer support
- Ad-free experience
- Exclusive member discounts and offers
- Early access to new features and beta testing opportunities
The specific features and benefits included with Premium membership are displayed in the app at the time of purchase and are subject to change as the platform evolves. We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove features, though material changes to existing Premium benefits will be communicated to active subscribers with reasonable advance notice.
Safety and Reporting
Child Safety and CSAM Prevention:
Buttr Social maintains zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and child exploitation. We employ multiple layers of protection:
Automated Prevention Measures:
- All uploaded photos screened by automated AI moderation system (Sightengine)
- Real-time content analysis before photos appear in the app
- Hash-matching technology (PhotoDNA or equivalent) to prevent re-upload of known CSAM
- Proactive scanning of all user-generated visual content
- Behavioral analysis to detect grooming patterns or suspicious account activity
Reporting and Response:
- Suspected CSAM immediately reported to National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC)
- CyberTipline reports filed within 24 hours of detection
- Evidence preservation as required by federal law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A)
- Cooperation with law enforcement investigations
- Preservation of records for lawful requests
Enforcement:
- Zero tolerance policy: Immediate permanent ban for CSAM violations
- No appeals for CSAM-related terminations
- Device and payment information may be shared with law enforcement
- IP addresses and account data preserved for investigation
- Coordination with other platforms to prevent account migration
User Safety
- Report inappropriate behavior using in-app tools or email support@buttr.company
- Block unwanted users to prevent further contact
- Privacy controls to manage who can contact you
Content Moderation
- Automated screening for prohibited content using AI and machine learning (Sightengine)
- Human review of reported content and behavior
- Swift action on verified violations
- Appeal process for content removals (except illegal content including CSAM)
- Transparency in our enforcement decisions where possible
Law Enforcement Cooperation
- Legal compliance - we cooperate with valid legal requests and court orders
- User protection - we challenge overly broad requests when possible
- Emergency situations - immediate response to credible threats of harm
- Transparency reports - periodic reporting on law enforcement requests
Reporting Illegal Activity:
- Child exploitation or abuse: Immediately reported to National Center for Missing & Exploited Children
- Terrorist activity: Reported to appropriate federal authorities
- Other criminal activity: Evaluated and reported as legally required
Intellectual Property
Our Rights
- Buttr Social and Buttr Social trademark and branding belong to Friendly Ventures, LLC
- Service technology including algorithms, features, and source code are our property
- Trade secrets: Proprietary algorithms and business methods are confidential
Your Rights
- Profile content ownership - your photos and information belong to you
- Content removal - you can delete your content anytime
- Data portability - you can download your information as provided in Privacy Policy

Digital Millennium Copyright Act Compliance:

- Feature additions: Generally no advance notice required
Service Availability
- "As is" basis - we provide the service without uptime guarantees
- Maintenance windows - service may be temporarily unavailable for updates
- Geographic limitations - service available within the United States
- Device compatibility - we don't guarantee compatibility with all devices
Enhanced Disclaimers and Limitations
No Warranties
THE BUTTR SOCIAL SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
- Warranties regarding security, accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted service
- Warranties regarding user conduct, content accuracy, or successful matches
- Warranties regarding third-party integrations or linked services
Service Limitations
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
- The service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- Any defects will be corrected promptly or at all
- The service is free of viruses or other harmful components
- User information or content is accurate or reliable
- Use of the service will result in successful relationships or connections
User Interaction Disclaimer
BUTTR SOCIAL IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Actions or conduct of users on or off the platform
- Content posted by users or accuracy of user profiles
- Meetings, relationships, or interactions between users
- Health, safety, or legal consequences of user interactions
- Financial losses or other damages from user interactions
Health and Medical Disclaimer
BUTTR SOCIAL DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE. Health-related information shared by users should not be considered medical advice. Always consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical decisions.
Comprehensive Limitation of Liability
Damages Limitation
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUTTR SOCIAL, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
Excluded Damages:
- Special, indirect, incidental, punitive, reliance, or consequential damages
- Damages for personal injury, emotional distress, or death
- Loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill
- Damages resulting from user interactions or meetings
- Damages from service interruptions or security breaches
- Damages from third-party actions or content
Maximum Liability Cap
Our total liability for all claims shall not exceed the lesser of:
- Amounts you paid for Premium services in the 12 months before the claim, or
- $100
User Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Buttr Social and its affiliates from claims arising from:
- Your use or misuse of the service
- Your content or interactions with other users
- Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws
- Your infringement of third-party rights
- Any third-party claims related to your account or conduct
Expanded Dispute Resolution
Binding Arbitration Agreement
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY - THIS AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS:
Arbitration Requirement:
- All disputes between you and Buttr Social must be resolved through binding arbitration
- No jury trials - arbitration replaces court proceedings
- Individual claims only - no class actions or representative proceedings
- Final decisions - arbitrator's award is final and binding
Arbitration Process
Governing Rules:
- American Arbitration Association (AAA) Consumer Arbitration Rules
- Federal Arbitration Act governs interpretation and enforcement
- Colorado state law applies to substantive claims
Arbitration Procedures:
- Location: Denver, Colorado, or within the United States where legally permissible
- Costs: We pay arbitration costs for claims under $10,000
- Discovery: Limited discovery as determined by arbitrator
- Appeals: No appeals except as provided by Federal Arbitration Act
Pre-Arbitration Requirements:
- Informal resolution: 60-day period to resolve dispute directly
- Written notice: Must describe dispute and desired resolution
- Good faith negotiation: Both parties must attempt resolution

Exceptions to Arbitration
The following disputes are NOT subject to arbitration:
- Small claims court actions (under jurisdictional limits)
- Intellectual property disputes requiring injunctive relief
- Disputes where arbitration is prohibited by law
Class Action Waiver
YOU AND BUTTR SOCIAL WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTIONS, COLLECTIVE ACTIONS, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDINGS. You may only bring individual claims in arbitration.
Opt-Out Right
You may opt out of arbitration by:
- Emailing: arbitration-optout@buttr.company within 30 days of accepting these Terms
- Including: Your name, account email, and statement that you opt out of arbitration
- Result: If you opt out, disputes will be resolved in Colorado state or federal courts
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- Colorado state law governs these Terms and any disputes
- Federal courts in Colorado have jurisdiction over non-arbitrated disputes
- Venue: Denver, Colorado for any court proceedings
International Users and Export Control
U.S. Export Control
Buttr Social originates in the United States and is subject to U.S. export laws:
- Service may not be exported to certain countries or prohibited persons
- Users must comply with all applicable U.S. and local export laws
- Prohibited from use in countries subject to U.S. trade embargoes
International Access
For users accessing from outside the United States:
- You do so at your own risk and responsibility
- You're responsible for compliance with local laws
- Service controlled and operated from the United States
- Data processing occurs in the United States
Government Users
Government entities may not use Buttr Social except under special agreement. If used by U.S. Government without authorization, use is subject to Federal Acquisition Regulation restrictions.
Changes to These Terms
Modification Process
- Notice requirement - 30 days advance notice of material changes
- Communication methods - notice via email and in-app notification
- Continued use - using the service after changes constitutes acceptance
- Right to terminate - you can delete your account if you disagree with changes
Version Control
- Effective date - changes take effect on specified date
- Previous versions - archived versions available upon request
- Grandfathering - existing premium subscribers may be grandfathered under certain conditions
Material Changes Definition:
- Changes affecting premium subscription benefits
- Changes to dispute resolution procedures
- Changes to liability limitations
- Changes to content licensing terms
Enhanced Account Termination
User-Initiated Termination
- Account deletion - you can permanently delete your account anytime through app settings
- Data removal - account data deleted according to Privacy Policy timelines (see Account Data Retention section above)
- Subscription cancellation - cancel paid subscriptions through App Store/Google Play
- No partial refunds - no refunds for unused portions of subscription periods
Company-Initiated Termination
Immediate Termination Grounds:
- Underage use - being under 18 years of age (permanent ban, no appeals)
- Illegal activity - using the service for criminal purposes
- Safety threats - behavior threatening user safety or platform security
- Repeat violations - multiple violations of Terms or Community Guidelines
- Fraud or abuse - payment fraud, account manipulation, or system abuse
- CSAM violations - any child sexual abuse material (permanent ban, no appeals, reported to NCMEC)
Termination with Notice:
- Premium subscribers: 30 days notice unless immediate termination justified
- Terms violations: Warning system for first-time minor violations
- Content violations: Opportunity to appeal except for clearly illegal content
Effect of Termination
- Immediate service access loss - all features disabled upon termination
- Content removal - your profile and content removed from platform
- Message handling - your messages removed from other users' conversations
- Data retention - some data retained as required by law or safety purposes
- Refund policy - no refunds for terminated accounts except as legally required
Post-Termination:
- Re-registration prohibited - terminated users may not create new accounts
- Legal obligations survive - indemnification and dispute resolution terms continue
- Outstanding payments - termination doesn't excuse unpaid amounts
Special Provisions
LGBTQ+ Community Considerations
- Safe space commitment - we strive to maintain a welcoming environment for all LGBTQ+ individuals
- Anti-discrimination - discrimination based on sexual orientation, gender identity, or expression is prohibited
- Coming out respect - we respect users' privacy regarding disclosure of their identity
- Community resources - we provide links to LGBTQ+ support organizations and mental health resources
- Inclusive language - we use affirming language and respect chosen names and pronouns
Health Information
- No medical advice - we don't provide medical advice or recommendations
- Healthcare professional consultation - always consult healthcare providers for health decisions
- Health information privacy - special protections for health-related data under HIPAA where applicable
- Community support - peer support encouraged but not substitute for professional care
- Crisis resources - we provide links to crisis intervention and mental health resources
Event Sharing
- External registration required - all shared events must link to external registration systems
- No liability for events - we're not responsible for third-party events, their safety, or outcomes
- Community safety - report unsafe or inappropriate events through our reporting system
- Event promotion guidelines - follow community guidelines and anti-spam policies for event sharing

Additional Legal Protections
Entire Agreement and Severability
- Complete agreement: These Terms and Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement
- Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, remaining provisions stay in effect
- No waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision doesn't waive our right to enforce it later
- Assignment: We may assign these Terms; you may not assign your rights without consent
Third-Party Services
Integration with Third-Party Services:
- App Store compliance: Subject to Apple App Store and Google Play Store terms
- Payment processing: Subject to third-party payment processor terms

- Service interruptions: Third-party service failures may affect Buttr Social functionality
Apple App Store Requirements:
For users who download Buttr Social from the Apple App Store:
- Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) is incorporated by reference
- Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms
- Apple is not responsible for the App, its content, maintenance, or support services
- Apple is not liable for any third-party claims related to the App or your use of it
- You acknowledge Apple's right to enforce these Terms as a third-party beneficiary
- In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA controls
- Any claims regarding App Store billing or in-app purchases are subject to Apple's policies
Beta Features and Testing
We may offer beta or test features:
- Experimental nature: Beta features provided "as is" without warranties
- Data collection: We may collect additional data to improve beta features
- Feature removal: Beta features may be discontinued at any time
- User feedback: By using beta features, you agree to provide feedback

- Verified your authority to enter into this legal agreement
- Understood the risks associated with meeting other users through the platform
- Accepted responsibility for your safety and interactions with other users
- Understood that private photos shared with others may be saved, screenshot, or redistributed
- Acknowledged the location privacy risks associated with distance-based features
Legal Capacity:
You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and that these Terms constitute a legal, valid, and binding obligation.
