BUTTR SMS Program - Terms & Consent Information

By providing your mobile phone number to BUTTR, you expressly consent and agree to receive SMS text messages from BUTTR to the mobile phone number you provided.

SMS Consent & Opt-In

I hereby agree to receive SMS messages from BUTTR.

When you register for the BUTTR mobile app and provide your phone number, you are agreeing to receive text messages from us. This consent is given when you check the acknowledgment box and tap "Send Verification Code" during the registration process.

What Messages You'll Receive

By participating in our SMS program, you will receive:

Account verification codes (OTP) for secure login and registration

Account security notifications about important account activities

Important account-related updates that require your immediate attention

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity. You may receive verification codes each time you log in or register, and occasional security notifications when important account events occur. Typical users receive 2-10 messages per month.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard text messaging rates from your mobile carrier will apply to all SMS messages sent and received. Please contact your mobile carrier for details about your specific messaging plan and any applicable charges.

How to Opt-Out (Unsubscribe)

You can opt-out of receiving SMS messages at any time using any of these methods:

Reply STOP to any message - You'll immediately be unsubscribed and receive one final confirmation message.

Additional Opt-Out Methods:

Manage notification preferences in the BUTTR app: Settings > Account > Notifications > SMS Preferences

Email your opt-out request to support@buttr.company

Note: After opting out, you may still receive critical security-related messages that are essential for account security and protection.

How to Opt Back In

If you've opted out and want to receive messages again:

Reply START to any previous message - You'll be resubscribed to the SMS program and receive a confirmation message.

You can also update your preferences in the app under Settings > Account > Notifications.

Supported Mobile Carriers

This SMS service is available on major US mobile carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, US Cellular, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, MetroPCS, and many other carriers.

Note: Not all mobile carriers are supported. Service availability may vary.
